Senior Data and Product Analyst

Connective is a Houston-based nonprofit that transforms social services through civic technology, human-centered design, and collective action. We design programs, build technology for service providers, and foster cross-sector collaboration to make support systems more connected, accessible, and effective. We believe getting help shouldn't be difficult or dehumanizing. As climate and economic challenges grow, we're working toward a future where communities are more resilient, prepared, and equipped with the tools they need-turning barriers into bridges and expanding access for those who need it most.

We are seeking a Senior Data & Product Analyst to lead data strategy, deliver actionable insights, and drive end-to-end product development across our Salesforce ecosystem. Working closely with the Director of Data & Technology, program teams, and external partners, you'll build scalable data solutions and technology products that advance our mission.

To thrive/succeed as the Senior Data and Product Analyst, you should have:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, product management, or a related field, preferably in nonprofit, government, or social services.
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce administration, CRM design, SQL, and Python or R, with experience delivering end-to-end technology and analytics solutions.
  • Strong experience building dashboards and data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) and implementing data governance and reporting best practices.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a demonstrated commitment to advancing equity through data and technology.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Administrator certification (including NPSP), experience with Flow, SOQL, Apex, AI/ML, geospatial analytics, Agile methodologies, or multilingual proficiency (Spanish, Vietnamese, or other languages common in the Houston region).

Your responsibilities as the Senior Data and Product Analyst will include:
  • Lead Connective's data strategy, governance, and Salesforce data architecture to ensure scalable, high-quality data systems.
  • Analyze complex, multi-source data to generate actionable insights and executive-ready reports and dashboards.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Salesforce enhancements, from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration.
  • Design and optimize Salesforce solutions, including automation, integrations, and CRM improvements that support organizational goals.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop data-sharing solutions, measure impact, and improve service delivery.
