What you'll do: - Identify and validate data sources aligned with business requirements and quality standards.
- Use tools like SQL, Power BI, Dataiku, and BigQuery to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical methods.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with organizational goals.
- Apply data governance and management principles to support compliance and accessibility.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in data analysis, including proficiency with SQL, R, Python, and statistical techniques to identify patterns and insights.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, and Python libraries to communicate complex data effectively.
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance analytics workflows, including the design and deployment of AI agents or autonomous systems for data-driven decision-making and process automation.
- Proven ability to manage data quality to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- In-depth knowledge of business intelligence tools and big data analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
