About the Role

The Sr. Data Analyst of FP&A is a hybrid data science and finance role within the FP&A function. This position supports financial and operational analytical needs across the organization, requiring strong quantitative modeling skills, financial acumen, and technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tooling.

A Day in the Life
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, analysis, and business performance across the organization.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning (LRP).
  • Analyze financial results, explain variances, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Conduct complex business modeling and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise financial reporting and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage ad-hoc analysis and reporting using diverse data sources and tools, including advanced Excel functions, SQL, Python, and BI platforms.

  • Experience with BI tools for data visualization and reporting (e.g., PBI, Looker, or similar).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization.


Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant finance experience, including financial analysis, forecasting, or reporting.
  • SQL, Python, and BI experience, including data construction, analysis, and visualization.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite and NSPB.
