Full Job Description
That's Nice, But What's the Job?

This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible for hire at this time.

We're looking for a data analyst who doesn't wait to be handed a requirements spec. Someone who digs deep into the business problem, figures out what is needed, and builds the foundation that makes great decisions possible. At Bridgecrest, data isn't just a support function; it's a strategic lever, and this role sits right at the center of it.

In short: You'll design and build tables and architecture in Snowflake that power analytics downstream and feed the production systems that run our business, including offer decisioning and customer communication pipelines. You'll work in a focused, fast-moving team where the expectation is that you own your work end-to-end, from discovery through delivery. The best fit here is someone equally comfortable in a SQL or AI IDE and a strategy conversation, and who gets energized by ambiguous problems rather than slowed down by them.

In long you will:
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deeply understand strategic objectives, challenges, and opportunities
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear data requirements, including data models, table structures, and architecture
  • Design, build, and optimize data tables in Snowflake to support scalable analytics and downstream consumption
  • Develop and maintain datasets that power both reporting/analytics and production use cases (e.g., decisioning pipelines)
  • Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to ensure data is structured and accessible for tools such as SQL-based workflows and integrated systems (e.g., Braze, Pega)
  • Own projects end-to-end as an individual contributor-from discovery and requirements definition through implementation and iteration
  • Socialize data solutions, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment to ensure adoption and long-term scalability
  • Continuously improve data architecture, documentation, and processes to support evolving business needs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.

A mind for the details. Okay we know "detail-oriented" is on about every job description - but we really mean it!
