We CGI is seeking to hire an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support business intelligence and reporting operations across multiple Programs. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, stakeholder collaboration, and business reporting, requiring someone who can operate independently, prioritize competing demands, and translate complex data into actionable insights.
This is a Full-Time, On-Site employment opportunity based in Stamford, CT in a Hybrid Model.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Conducting assessments and documentation of existing business operations.
. Working with stakeholders to identify and document future state capabilities and opportunities.
. Creating high level business capability roadmaps in conjunction with Operations and IT leaders.
The candidate must possess the following general skills:
. Ability to lead facilitated sessions with client Operations leaders and executives.
. Ability to create conceptual representations of current and future state business processes over and above traditional process documentation.
. Ability to present to senior executives including CEO, COO, and CIO levels.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: At least 5+years of experience in as a Data Analyst:
. Perform daily and ad hoc data pulls from AWS Redshift and/or MicroStrategy
. Provide reporting support for our Programs, including daily tracking of ongoing and newly launched weekly reports
. Maintain reference data, mapping, and reference tables
. Work actively with stakeholders to fulfill ad hoc requests and present reporting status
. Gather, request, and lead BI reporting changes, including new/updated reporting and audits
. Partner with BI team to identify and address missing data and ad hoc requests
. Pull UCIDs for call listening exercises
. Write SQL for proof of concept analyses and targeted data pull across specific timeframes
. Research and resolve identified data issues
. Create data driven decks with summarizations and visualizations
. Support data needs for other groups
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 $156,700.00.
