- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends anomalies and business insights
- Analyze source-to-target data mappings and document data lineage
- Develop business requirements functional specifications and data dictionaries
- Work closely with Data Engineering Data Governance Technology and Business teams
- Define data quality rules validation processes and reconciliation procedures
- Support data migration transformation and integration initiatives
- Create and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs to support business decision-making
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs
- Support User Acceptance Testing UAT data validation and defect resolution
- Ensure compliance with data governance regulatory and audit requirements
Required Qualifications - Strong understanding of data analysis data management and reporting concepts
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,000 - $115,000
