Senior Cyber Control Systems EngineerPosition Overview Type: Full-Time
Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Clearance: Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance required.
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required
Essential Functions- Serves as the subject matter expert for implementing cybersecurity within facility-related and industrial control systems for a DoD customer.
- Recommends system configurations to meet cyber compliance requirements.
- Communicates effectively with technicians and facility staff to ensure continuity of operations.
- Recommends hardware and architecture changes aligned with emerging requirements and best practices.
- Generates cyber control system tasks, manages personnel, and is able to work independently without additional support or guidance.
- Possesses experience in both control systems and system administration, including servers, network switches, and cyber-hardening tools such as ACAS and ESS.
- Performs system-level and Risk Management Framework (RMF) duties for facility-related control systems as directed by the government ISSM, in accordance with DoDI 8500.01 and DoDI 8510.01.
- Provides IT/Operational Technology (OT) and network support to an isolated facility-related control system network.
Required Education and Experience- Education: MS or BS
- Experience: 10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience with control systems with a master's-level degree or higher, or 12 years of relevant experience with a BS.
- Certifications: DoDI 8140 IAT level II certification or higher
- Must be registered in the appropriate cyber workforce qualification tracking system in accordance with DoD workforce management and DoDI 8140 requirements.
Preferred Qualifications- IAM III or IAT III level certification

Salary range: $135,000-$175,000
