This role can be based in our Chaska, MN location or remotely in Arizona

The Role

We are seeking a Customer Enablement Operations Specialist to join our North America Customer Enablement organization and support the Global Strategic Customer (GSC) Team. This role will help key customers by driving proactive issue resolution, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience.

This role serves as an operational and analytical partner to the GSC Customer Enablement Team, providing data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving support to resolve customer challenges, improving supply continuity, and support execution. The successful candidate will collaborate across Customer Enablement, Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, Product Management, and Commercial teams to drive customer-focused outcomes.

The Customer Enablement Operations Specialist is the operational and analytical backbone of the GSC Customer Enablement Team, turning customer data into actionable insights, identifying supply risks, supporting customer-facing issue resolution, standardizing reporting, and improving scalability across the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the GSC Customer Enablement Team with analysis, reporting, and operational support to enable proactive customer engagement and issue resolution.


  • Analyze supply gaps, inventory concerns, shipment issues, backlog challenges, and service disruptions to identify root causes and support resolution.


  • Apply customer-facing problem-solving experience to support complex challenges and timely resolution of critical business issues.


  • Provide analysis for customer discussions, operational reviews, business reviews, supply continuity, and escalation management.


  • Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to support continuity and execution.


  • Analyze forecast, inventory, shipment, backlog, consumption, and demand trends to identify risks, opportunities, and insights.


  • Develop customer-facing reports, scorecards, dashboards, summaries, and business review materials.


  • Standardize customer reporting formats, templates, and data visualization methods across the GSC Customer Enablement Team.


  • Use Excel, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, and other tools to automate reporting, improve visibility, and strengthen data integrity.


  • Support escalations through data gathering, analysis, risk assessment, and actionable recommendations.


  • Identify business risks and support mitigation plans that protect customer supply continuity and operational performance.


  • Drive continuous improvement to increase reporting efficiency, data accuracy, operational effectiveness, and customer experience.


What We Seek

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, and/or 3-5 years of equivalent customer-facing problem-solving experience supporting operational, supply, inventory, service, or fulfillment-related customer challenges.


  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.


  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, automation, Power Query, dashboard development, and reporting.


  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.


  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.


  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, accountability, and attention to detail.


  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving customer experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer supply continuity, inventory management, forecasting, demand planning, or operational issue resolution.


  • Experience working with customers or customer-facing teams to resolve supply chain, inventory, service, or fulfillment issues.


  • Experience supporting customer escalations and cross-functional recovery plans.


  • Experience with Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems.


  • Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech industry experience.


  • Experience building automated reports and business intelligence dashboards.


  • Knowledge of forecasting, supply planning, customer operations, inventory management, or commercial support.


  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

  • Compensation: $85,000 - $114,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
