Role descriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Cribl Engineer to lead the design automation and governance of our enterprise observability pipelines within a highly regulated banking environment You will be responsible for architecting and maintaining Cribl Stream in an on premises infrastructure ensuring secure compliant and efficient data movement across the organization Youll also drive CICD automation for configuration management and collaborate closely with Splunk engineering teams to support critical monitoring and regulatory reporting needs
Required Qualifications- 5-7 years of experience in observability logging or data pipeline engineering
- Deep hands on expertise with Cribl Stream in an on premises environment
- Strong experience with CICD pipelines GitLab GitHub Actions Jenkins or similar
- Solid understanding of Splunk ingestion data models and troubleshooting
- Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals
- Experience with scripting languages Python Bash or similar
- Familiarity with security compliance and audit requirements common in banking or other regulated industries
- Ability to work independently in complex multiteam environments
