About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Credit Product Originations Specialist - Vendor Program Relationships Manager. This role manages and grows a portfolio of Equipment Finance Vendor Programs and serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned vendor partners. The position is responsible for program performance, risk management, and the overall client experience while working closely with credit, legal, operations, risk, and product teams to build and maintain compliant and scalable programs.

This includes program structuring, approvals, and execution from initial engagement through launch. Strong relationship management skills, sound credit judgment, and the ability to lead complex initiatives are essential to supporting sustainable and profitable growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Growing existing relationships in a given product or specialty
  • Understand clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions within the context of individual deals and client relationships
  • Lead moderately complex transactions in partnership with coverage teams for specialty products, including by analyzing potential opportunities, structuring, proposing, and selling tailored financial solutions to clients; lead internal coordination and submit transactions to management or independent risk for approval
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve client issues and achieve business objectives
  • Independently resolve moderately complex issues while leveraging a solid understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to a given product or specialty’s business objectives
  • Increase product penetration by supporting the delivery of specialty credit products to Commercial Banking clients (and Corporate & Investment Banking clients, as applicable) and partnering with coverage teams to structure, propose, and sell client-specific solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Equipment Finance, Vendor Finance, Commercial Banking, Credit, or Relationship Management.
  • Working knowledge of commercial credit principles, financial statement analysis, and transaction structuring.
  • Experience supporting client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and portfolio expansion.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with credit, risk, operations, legal, and product partners.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience preparing business reviews, client presentations, and financing proposals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence partners without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and comfort leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic recommendations.


Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Current requirements are 4 days in-office.
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$110,000.00 - $179,000.00
