Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to lead cost accounting activities in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and financial reporting while driving process improvements and supporting operational decision-making.

Your Responsibilities:
    • Maintain and enhance standard costing systems (material, labor, overhead)
    • Analyze manufacturing variances, cost of goods sold, and profitability
    • Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, and physical counts
    • Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting
    • Evaluate cost impacts of product, material, and process changes
    • Partner with operations and supply chain to improve cost accuracy and margins
    • Support capital projects, fixed assets, and cost tracking
    • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
    • Drive continuous improvement in processes and ERP systems

Your Profile:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 5+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing
    • Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory, and variance analysis
    • SAP ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
