Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Engineering, or Construction Management with 7 years of construction experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards, including ANSI, NIOSH, CoE guidelines, and NEC.
• Familiarity with Windows-based platforms and basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Experience as a Site Safety & Health representative on heavy industrial projects is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites.
• Completion of OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour Outreach Construction Course is mandatory.
• Preference for additional certifications such as CUSP or equivalent safety credentials.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement corporate and project safety and health initiatives for a safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations and corporate safety policies.
• Manage safety and health aspects across multiple project sites for regulatory compliance.
• Guide and support site safety personnel in addressing safety and health issues.
• Conduct project-specific safety assessments and monitor compliance for continuous improvement.
• Document and resolve safety issues requiring immediate attention.
• Lead accident investigation efforts and report findings to implement corrective actions.
