ExemptS3, Inc. has an immediate need for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join the team at our HQ in Research Park, Huntsville, AL.This is not a teleworking position.U.S. citizen is required.The company does not use outside recruiting sources.Description:The successful Senior Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing and executing recruitment activities for S3, Inc. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
The Senior Corporate Recruiter will recruit for technical, administrative, and management positions supporting missile, space, aviation, and Department of War programs. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience establishing trust and credibility with customers, hiring managers, and candidates, as well as the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities: - Develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a variety of technical, administrative, and management positions.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and customers to support organizational staffing needs.
- Sources and engages candidates through a variety of recruiting channels and promotes S3, Inc. and available career opportunities.
- Coordinates all phases of the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, preparing job offers, and completing pre-employment requirements such as drug screenings, background checks, and other employment-related checks.
- Responds to candidate inquiries and provides accurate information regarding job opportunities, the recruitment process, employment requirements, and next steps.
- Assists hiring managers with recruiting needs and provides guidance throughout the selection process.
- Maintains accurate and confidential employee and applicant records and ensures all documentation is complete, current, and compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintains extensive knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations and ensures recruitment practices are conducted in accordance with legal and company requirements.
- Establishes trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and customers through professional communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
- Demonstrates flexibility and agility in response to changing business and recruiting priorities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Bachelors' Degree in business related field or equivalent and 9 or more years experience as a Government Contractor Recruiter in a DoW environment.
- 5 or more years of experience recruiting technical positions supporting missile, space, aviation, and Department of War programs.
- 5 or more years of experience working with Hiring Managers in defining job descriptions.
- 2 years of experience utilizing social media for purposes of recruiting.
Preferred Qualifications: - 3 or more years of experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- 9 or more years of experience with job offers, drug testing, background checks, licensures, education requirements, required specific training, and verification of all pre-employment paperwork.
- 5 or more years of experience mapping and hiring candidates to government contract labor categories.
- 2 years of experience utilizing social media for purposes of recruiting.
- Skill level of 3 out of 5 for Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
