Full Job Description
Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager to join a global leader in the medical technology industry for a permanent opportunity. The Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager will serve as a key member of the corporate finance organization, partnering with domestic and international stakeholders to drive financial planning, executive reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis initiatives that support long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager include:
• Develop executive-level reporting materials and financial presentations for senior leadership, board meetings, and key governance committees.
• Lead enterprise-wide budgeting and forecast consolidation processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely completion of planning cycles.
• Evaluate operating expenses, cash flow trends, and balance sheet performance to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization strategies.
• Design and enhance financial models, reporting dashboards, and standardized planning tools to improve visibility and decision-making across the organization.
• Act as a finance systems resource, supporting planning, consolidation, ERP, and reporting platforms while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications for the Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager include:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience within a large publicly traded organization, ideally supporting multi-billion-dollar revenue operations.
• Advanced expertise in forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, variance reporting, and complex financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning and reporting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar technologies.
• Exceptional Excel capabilities and a strong foundation in accounting concepts, financial statements, and corporate finance principles.

Compensation for the Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager:
• Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Sick Leave if required by law, and 401(k)
