Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Corporate practice in the Lexington and Louisville markets. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in general business and transactional work with closely held businesses, as well as first chair M&A experience. Partial or full book of business preferred, but not required.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in general business and transactional work with closely held businesses, as well as first chair M&A experience. Partial or full book of business preferred, but not required.

Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
