POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Senior Copywriting Specialist is responsible for developing clear, compelling, and consumer-centric copy across multiple brand and marketing channels. This role brings brand strategies to life through impactful storytelling-ensuring all messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand voice and business objectives.

As a key member of the creative team, this role partners closely with Design, Marketing, eCommerce, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. The role requires strong writing expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop persuasive, on-brand copy across various channels including digital, eCommerce (PDPs), social media, email, and marketing campaigns.
  • Translate brand strategy, product positioning, and consumer insights into engaging messaging and storytelling.
  • Create and refine content for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards for grammar, style, and messaging consistency.
  • Ensure all content adheres to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements (as applicable).
  • Partner with Graphic Design, Brand Marketing, eCommerce, and Regulatory teams to align on messaging and deliverables.
  • Participate in creative brief development and project kickoffs.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers as needed to scale content production.
  • Support development of content strategies that enhance brand positioning and consumer engagement.
  • Leverage data, insights, and performance metrics to optimize copy and messaging effectiveness.
  • Stay current on content best practices, digital trends, and competitive landscape.


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field strongly preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or related marketing role is desired.
  • Experience in CPG, eCommerce, or agency environment preferred.
  • Direct to consumer experience is a positive.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat, and content review platforms is ideal.
  • Must be comfortable in Microsoft Office Suite.


SKILLS:
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to adapt tone and voice across brands, audiences, and channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital content, SEO principles, and best practices.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.


The approximate pay range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
