Turner & Townsend are hiring a motivated and personable Senior Coordinator to join our dynamic Risk Management team while having the opportunity to create an impact for yourself and our team.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, creative, proactive, a quick learner, highly organized and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision. Familiarity working in a dynamic and demanding environment is necessary. Furthermore, excellent communication, coordination skills and ability to deal confidentially with information are important.

Job Description:
  • Support in collecting, processing and organizing data and developing reports, summaries, and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support, including support with organizing meetings and preparing and distributing agendas and documents for various internal meetings and follow-up with action items.
  • Support with drafting miscellaneous documents such as briefs for engaging external counsel and support with managing billing and invoicing for legal services.
  • Develop and manage playbooks and trackers such as legal spend tracker and licensing tracker.
  • Support with legal documents (document conversion, unlock/edit protected files, format documents, generate redline comparisons, incorporate edits, produce final execution ready, and initiate final contracts for signature via DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms).
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in data collection, processing, and presentation development.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.


Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard AI tools.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative support and coordination role.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a related position supporting team of professionals is required. Paralegal background is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive behavior, showing initiative and being action oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic.
  • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment. Must be able to shift gears easily and feel comfortable wearing multiple hats.


Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $100K-$125K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
