Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Formal apprenticeship completion or equivalent experience and training
  • Proficient in SCADA, Rockwell RS Logix, and AMSC
  • Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, and legacy PLCs
  • Knowledge of servo drives and motors
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and communication systems
  • Understanding of instrumentation and process monitoring technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Program various types of PLCs
  • Support safety, quality, HPS, and cost goals
  • Troubleshoot automated systems issues related to PLCs and drives
  • Identify root causes of system disruptions and implement corrective actions
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance for effective communication
  • Foster a supportive team environment

What you'll do
  • Resolve issues with PLCs, A/C and DC drives, and related equipment.
  • Work with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Modicon PLCs; update schematics and documentation.
  • Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and ensure resolution.
  • Maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Work with operations and maintenance teams; promote safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
What makes you a good fit
  • Associate degree in Controls or Industrial Maintenance preferred
  • 5-10 years in manufacturing automation and controls
  • PLC programming, SCADA, troubleshooting, AutoCAD, networking, instrumentation
  • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments, climb ladders, and lift as needed

The salary for this role is $35.00- $42.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
