We are seeking a talented, experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to help define the future of lunar surface mobility in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and maintain contractual documentation
- Assist with contract negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and government entities
- Review contract terms and conditions to identify risks and escalate issues
- Support coordination of contract implementation between the Company and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations
- Maintain contract records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support contract administration activities across internal departments
- Assist with government compliance requirements, including documentation and reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in contract administration or a related role, preferably in aerospace or a technology startup environment
- Working knowledge of contract law principles, including contract interpretation and implementation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support negotiation efforts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting contracts with the U.S. government
- Experience working in the space industry or with NASA or DoD contracts, including familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and NASA FAR Supplement (NFS)
- Experience in aerospace, space, or other regulated industries
- Professional certification (e.g., CPCM) or progress toward certification
- Exposure to intellectual property considerations or licensing agreements
- Experience supporting international or cross-border contracts
