Position SummaryEthic Tech, LLC is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements specifically tied to physical and electronic security systems (such as access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated defense networks).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Contract Negotiation & Drafting: Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and risk-allocation provisions for high-value electronic security proposals, subcontracts, and teaming agreements.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, including FAR/DFARS (if government-focused), export controls, and corporate security policies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal legal teams, technical project leads, and external vendors/clients to resolve scope, schedule, and data-protection redlines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential operational, financial, and legal liabilities in system integration, maintenance agreements, and hardware/software flow-down provisions.
- Administration & Execution: Monitor contract performance, modifications, funding profiles, and invoicing accuracy from project kickoff through closeout.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Pre-Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10+ years of progressive contracts management experience, ideally within defense, technology, or large-scale physical security integration.
- Requires an active U.S. Government Secret and the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Deep working knowledge of commercial and government contracting frameworks, exceptional negotiation capability, and strong cross-functional leadership.
