Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. You will support the management of the overall administration of subcontract packages, including their review, negotiation, and finalization.

- Provide assistance in the establishment and setup of project procurement and contract packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, client directives and the achievement of project objectives.
- Coordinate and expedite project procurement and contracts package market engagements and quotation requests.
- Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring all terms are favorable and aligned with project goals.
- Administer contracts promptly and efficiently on behalf of our client.
- Track and manage project package expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
About you - Demonstrated contracts administration experience in an EPCM environment.
- Experience working with the client's business procedures and documentation processes.
- Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant experience in procurement and contracts administration, showcasing a solid understanding of contract processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in contract management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise interactions with team members and clients.
