Senior Contracts Administrator joining our team to support the fast paced growing portfolio of a highly diverse suite of federal civilian agencies of our DELTA+ business sector (
Diplomacy,
Environmental Protection Agency,
Law Enforcement,
Treasury
Agencies, National Aeronautics and Space Administration and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
+) in developing proposals, program contract activities, and customer engagement. This position requires a clear communication style with contractual knowledge and strong business and customer acumen.
HOW A SENIOR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: - Administer contracts through negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, status reporting, and product delivery
- Begin to provide advice on and interpretation of contract requirements, White papers, and capture strategy
- Prepare/maintain RFP checklist and participate in the review and preparation of proposals including communication and scheduling details and coordination of requirements
- Administer contractual elements of change management - Proposes and facilitates contract modifications and may lead negotiations when required
- Coordinate contract requirement fulfillment with programs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEEDBring your Contract Administration expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The
Senior Contracts Administrator must have:
- Education: Bachelors degree. In lieu of degree, 9+ years of related Contracts Administration experience required.
- Experience: 5+ years of related Contract Administration experience
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Security Clearance Level: Ability to obtain and maintain SECRET clearance
- Role requirements:
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with various contract types
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and customer agency supplements
- Location: This is a hybrid role working at our GDIT Facility located in Falls Church, VA. This position requires working onsite 3 days a week minimum.

The likely salary range for this position is $81,349 - $89,999. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
