Full Job Description
To thrive as a Senior Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst, you are a strategic problem solver, trusted advisor, and change champion who can turn business priorities into measurable results. You bring expertise in continuous improvement methodologies, project leadership, analytics, and collaborator influence to help drive operational excellence across the organization. We are looking for someone who enjoys coaching others, building scalable frameworks, and leading impactful initiatives that create lasting business value. You'll have the opportunity to shape continuous improvement practices, influence key decisions, and help teams achieve breakthrough performance improvements!

In this role, you will lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, guide teams through process optimization efforts, and ensure sustainable business outcomes through strong governance and execution. We rely on your ability to evaluate opportunities, prioritize high-impact projects, and connect operational improvements to financial results. We also value your talent for developing others, strengthening continuous improvement capabilities, and partnering with leaders to drive innovation, accountability, and long-term success across the organization.

Here's what we're looking for:
  • High School Diploma required or completed GED; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Analytics, Quality, or Project Management.
  • Solid understanding of Lean, Continuous Improvement methodologies, change management, and process optimization principles.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, ability to mentor, and collaborator management abilities.
  • Ability to influence teams and leaders, drive accountability, and build sustainable improvement practices.
  • Strong executive communication and preparation of CI leadership reviews.
  • Experience connecting CI initiatives to validated financial results, challenging the assumptions, including productivity/cost savings governance and partnership with Finance.
  • Observe developing CI Facilitators in action, prepare feedback and score performance for Facilitation credential recognition.
  • Advanced CI leadership: experience leading complex Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, strategy deployment, or comparable cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver Continuous Improvement training to build organizational capability and strengthen consistent application of CI tools and methods.
  • Ability to travel to company facilities as needed to lead and facilitate improvement initiatives.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP certification, or similar continuous improvement credential is a plus.
  • CI/Project Management software use (sheet design, build, maintain workflow automation) an asset (SMARTSHEET, MS, Lucid).
