We're expanding our production team and looking for an experienced
Senior Producer who lives for managing fast-paced, high-stakes creative projects from concept to final delivery.
The Role: The Senior Producer will serve as the Executive Producer's right hand on client relations and productions - steering pre-production, overseeing set operations, and ensuring projects wrap cleanly and professionally. This role is perfect for a producer with several years of experience who is ready to take ownership of mid to large-scale commercial shoots, while still growing into higher-level producing responsibilities.
You'll manage upwards of 25+ major projects annually, ranging from single-day editorial shoots to multi-day commercial campaigns, working across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors. You will work on ongoing social media management projects and content creation retainers. This role offers significant autonomy while collaborating closely with studio leadership. You'll work alongside the Studio Manager to manage client relationships, communicate timelines, budget accurately, and keep projects running smoothly from first brief to final delivery.

What You'll Do:Pre-Production
- Translate creative briefs into actionable production plans
- Lead client kickoffs and pre-production calls alongside studio leadership
- Manage casting coordination and talent bookings
- Manage production team and oversee Line Producers, Prod Co-ords, Prod Managers, PA's etc.
- Manage freelance hires, contracts, onboarding
- Source and negotiate with vendors, crew, and locations
- Secure locations, equipment rentals, permits, COIs
- Coordinate catering, craft services, and on-set logistics
- Build production schedules, call sheets, budgets, vendor/crew lists
- Participate in developing strategy for asset creation and roll out across projects
On-Set Production
- Serve as second-in-command to EP, ensuring shoots run on schedule
- Oversee crew, talent, client needs, and overall set operations
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented vibe
- Ensure safety, compliance, and professionalism on all shoots
Client Coordination
- Build trusting client relationships through consistent communication and service
- Guide clients through shoot processes, expectations, and approvals
- Communicate clearly with the Studio Manager on daily production status and needs
- Project manage retainer projects across content creation and social media
Post-Production & Wrap
- Manage smooth handoff of selects, revision notes, and deliverables
- Track expenses, reconcile budgets, and ensure invoices are issued accurately
- Shepherd all assets through post production processes, routing for notes and approvals.
- Ensure proper delivery, archiving and asset management
What We're Looking For:- 3-5 years of production experience in commercial, fashion, beauty, entertainment, or media
- Experience producing still photography and/or hybrid photo-video shoots
- Experience producing commercial and music video shoots
- Understanding of camera/lighting equipment and technical production needs
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and clients
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and handle difficult conversations diplomatically
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors and freelancers
- Collaborative, calm, problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Comfortable working in both studio and location environments
- Ability to manage and mentor junior producers or production assistants
- Proficiency in production management tools and workflow (e.g., StudioBinder, Asana, Google Workspace, call sheets, insurance, release forms, crew booking, post-production tracking)
- Experience with budget tracking software (e.g., Excel, production accounting tools)
- Knowledge of industry-standard contracts, release forms, permits and legal requirements
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working with high-profile clients or celebrity talent
- Experience with fashion and beauty shoots, including model/talent management
- Existing relationships with top-tier NYC crew (DPs, stylists, HMUAs, etc.)
- Familiarity with branded content or documentary-style storytelling
- Experience managing shoots with budgets ranging from $20k-$500k+
- Understanding of social media content production and platform-specific requirements
- Comfort with BTS content production
- Interest in growing into an EP role over time

The anticipated annual salary for this position is $150,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
