PandaDoc is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to help us rebuild how we think about content. We have a strong foundation in written content, and now we're ready to go further, investing in formats that build a real audience: video series people seek out, customer stories that feel like journalism, webinars worth showing up for, and tools that actually help. This role owns that evolution. You'll develop the strategy, find the stories, choose the formats, and work closely with cross-functional partners producing content. You'll sit on the Brand team and report to the Director of Brand Marketing.
In this role, you will:- Own PandaDoc's content strategy: what we make, who it's for, which formats we invest in, and how it connects to business goals
- Drive the content roadmap proactively - bringing ideas to campaign planning before briefs are written, not after
- Reimagine what top-of-funnel content looks like for PandaDoc - interactive tools, educational guides, video series, webinars that people register for because they're genuinely worth attending
- Find and tell the human stories behind our customers - sourcing them, developing them editorially, and producing them in partnership with our Brand Studio team
- Partner with our SEO, PMM, and CX teams to connect the dots across the content we're collectively producing - identifying gaps, reducing redundancy, and making sure the full content ecosystem is working together
- Balance evergreen and educational content with timely campaign work that supports GTM priorities
- Set the standard for how we use AI in content production - where it helps, where it hurts, and what good judgment looks like in practice
- Stay current on how content visibility is shifting in an AI search world and adjust our approach accordingly
- Build a measurement framework that goes beyond traffic - connecting content performance to pipeline influence, brand awareness, and revenue contribution
- Run a regular performance reporting cadence and share it with leadership proactively
About you:- 4-6 years in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Experience owning content strategy across multiple formats - not just managing a blog or editorial calendar
- A track record of building TOFU content that earns attention: educational guides, tools, and programming that goes beyond the ebook
- A genuine approach to customer storytelling - you find the human angle and know how to develop it across formats
- Comfort working across multiple content-producing teams - you're good at seeing the full picture, finding the gaps, and connecting work that would otherwise stay siloed
- Strong writing and editing skills with a high personal quality bar; you self-edit before anything leaves your hands
- Experience managing freelancers or external content contributors - briefing, editing, and quality control
- Comfortable with data - you build your own measurement frameworks, pull your own numbers, and present findings in a way that influences decisions
- Experience working across PMM, Demand Gen, SEO, and creative teams - you know when to drive and when to support
- A clear sense of how to use AI to produce better work faster, without letting it flatten your voice or your judgment
- Bonus: Experience with video content series (YouTube) or podcast
