About the RoleWe are seeking a full-time Senior Content Manager to join our creative team and support the campaign's on-the-road content strategy alongside the Deputy Director for Creative Content.
Responsibilities - Plan and execute content tours and stops, serving as the Creative lead while on the road
- Draft and storyboard digital content that translates messaging and policy priorities into compelling, accessible narratives tailored to diverse online audiences
- Adapt content across every major platform - including non-traditional online spaces that reach audiences who don't frequently engage in politics
- Identify and execute creative opportunities for real-time, viral content tied to news cycles and cultural moments
- Collaborate with the production team (videographers, editors, etc.) to ensure content drafts are compatible with desired production outputs
RequirementsQualifications- 1+ years of experience in political communications, digital media, or a related field
- Exceptional writing skills and strong editorial judgement
- Fluent in new media platforms, social media, Reddit, Substack, and others
- Deep familiarity with the evolving digital media landscape, including video trends and platform-specific best practices
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to balance speed with quality in a rapidly adapting political environment
- Willingness to work nights and some weekends
