--What will your typical day look like?As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Workforce Strategy & Intelligence (WSI) practice, you will help organizations solve complex workforce and talent challenges through a combination of business strategy, workforce expertise, data, and emerging technologies.
You will work with clients to understand their most pressing business priorities and design workforce solutions that enable organizational performance, growth, and transformation. Rather than focusing solely on analysis, you will help connect business challenges to practical actions, leveraging data, technology, and human insight to drive better outcomes.
On any given day, you may:
- Diagnose complex workforce, talent, and organizational challenges, identifying root causes and opportunities for improvement
- Translate business priorities into workforce, talent, organizational, and skills-based strategies
- Apply structured problem-solving and critical thinking to develop practical, actionable recommendations for senior leaders
- Use workforce data, analytics, AI tools, and emerging technologies to generate insights and inform decision-making
- Design and facilitate client workshops that help leaders align around challenges, opportunities, and future-state solutions
- Challenge assumptions and bring new perspectives to client conversations, helping organizations make more informed workforce decisions
- Develop executive-ready deliverables, including strategic recommendations, workforce strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and business cases
- Explore how AI, automation, agents, and other emerging technologies can be applied to workforce and organizational challenges
- Leverage Deloitte assets, accelerators, and proven methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently
- Mentor and coach junior practitioners, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing
- Support business development activities through proposal development, thought leadership, asset creation, and market eminence initiatives
- Contribute to the evolution of Deloitte's Workforce Strategy & Intelligence offerings through innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning

We combine expertise in workforce strategy, organization design, workforce planning, skills, talent, analytics, and emerging technologies to help clients navigate an increasingly complex environment.

Strategic Problem-Solving and Business Acumen- 3-6 years of experience in consulting, workforce strategy, HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, analytics, business strategy, or related disciplines
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect workforce challenges to organizational and business outcomes
- Experience navigating ambiguity and structuring complex problems into actionable solutions
- Demonstrated critical thinking and comfort constructively challenging assumptions
Workforce and Organizational Expertise- Knowledge of workforce, talent, HR, organizational design, workforce planning, skills, future of work, or related topics
- Understanding of how organizations attract, develop, deploy, and optimize talent to achieve business objectives
Data and Technology Fluency- Experience interpreting and leveraging data to support decision-making and strategic recommendations
- Familiarity with workforce analytics, business intelligence, AI tools, digital technologies, or related capabilities
- Curiosity about how AI, agents, automation, and emerging technologies can solve business and workforce challenges
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, AI-enabled tools, or related technologies is an asset
- Experience developing and leveraging agents in everyday work is an asset
Consulting and Communication Skills- Strong written, verbal, and storytelling capabilities, with experience using tools like PowerPoint to translate data and findings into executive-level insights
- Experience developing executive-level materials and presenting recommendations to stakeholders
- Ability to facilitate discussions, build relationships, and influence decision-makers
- Comfort working collaboratively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments

Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
