As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for...
  • Designing, configuring, and developing Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic capabilities
  • Building and maintaining custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and security controls
  • Developing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems
  • Translating business requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, and deployment activities
  • Supporting testing, defect resolution, production issue triage, technical documentation, and Agile delivery ceremonies

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • 4+ years of experience delivering Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments
  • 4+ years of experience with Apex, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow
  • Experience completing at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations from requirements through deployment
  • 1+ years of experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, Salesforce security configuration, and REST or SOAP integrations
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
  • Experience working in regulated environments
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise programs
  • Experience in the child support domain
