What You Will Do:
Design and execute stakeholder engagement strategies that support federal programs, initiatives, and organizational objectives.
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate webinars, workshops, listening sessions, focus groups, and stakeholder engagement forums.
Develop strategic communications products, including newsletters, briefing materials, email campaigns, presentations, and outreach materials.
Translate complex policies, procedures, and technical information into clear, accessible stakeholder-facing communications.
Support conference participation and external engagement efforts through development of messaging, presentations, and communications strategies.
Analyze stakeholder feedback and engagement metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Develop dashboards, performance reports, and continuous improvement recommendations that enhance program effectiveness and stakeholder experience.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
5 years of consulting, communications, stakeholder engagement, public affairs, or program support experience.
Experience planning and facilitating meetings, workshops, webinars, or stakeholder engagement activities.
Exceptional written communication and editing skills.
Experience developing professional communications products for executive, technical, and public-facing audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from stakeholder feedback and engagement data.
Experience managing multiple priorities and interacting directly with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience supporting federal government clients.
Experience developing communications strategies, outreach campaigns, or stakeholder engagement plans.
Experience supporting grants programs, technical assistance programs, or public sector initiatives.
Familiarity with webinar platforms, virtual event management, and adult learning principles.
Experience developing newsletters, GovDelivery campaigns, or digital communications products.
Experience using Power BI or similar tools to analyze engagement trends and performance metrics.
Experience supporting transportation, infrastructure, community development, or human services programs.
Understanding of change management, customer experience, or human-centered service delivery approaches.
