As a Recruitment Marketing Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the team, you will be responsible for...
  • Supporting a team focused on strengthening recruitment presence and building a qualified talent pipeline.
  • Researching academic programs and professional organizations aligned to mission needs to support targeted outreach efforts.
  • Initiating and maintaining outreach with institutions and organizations, and preparing monthly summaries on engagement activity and results.
  • Managing recruitment tools and sourcing databases to identify qualified candidates, support search activities, and assist with candidate matching and basic candidate management tasks.
  • Supporting recruitment marketing efforts through social media outreach, advertising coordination, market insight gathering, marketing material purchases, and campaign performance analytics.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment and marketing program support, preferably for a government or public services agency
  • 1+ year of experience in working with academic institutions via outreach and engagement to create recruiting pipelines
  • 1+ year of marketing experience, such as digital marketing, social media marketing, marketing material procurement, and marketing data analysis
  • 1+ year of experience researching, planning, and assisting with recruitment events or conferences
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI or above security clearance required
Preferred:
  • Prior government consulting experience
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,600 to $188,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
