Senior Consultant - PMO and Operations Deloitte's Cyber Strategy and Transformation practice sits within the broader Cyber Offering Portfolio (OP) and drives a portfolio of internal initiatives that support practice growth, operational excellence, and coordination across Cyber and cross-OP teams. As a Senior Consultant supporting the Cyber Strategy and Transformation PMO, you will provide program and project management office support for internal practice initiatives, helping leadership plan, schedule, track, and deliver against priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams. This role is suited for an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong project management, program management, and coordination skills who can bring structure and rigor to fast-moving internal initiatives. Deep cyber security subject matter expertise is not required; a general working knowledge of cyber security concepts is sufficient to be effective in this role.

- Providing day-to-day program and project management office (PMO) and/or Chief of Staff (CoS) support for internal Cyber Strategy and Transformation initiatives, including planning, tracking, and status reporting
- Building and maintaining integrated project schedules, timelines, and milestone trackers across multiple concurrent internal initiatives
- Maintaining RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and driving timely follow-up, resolution, and escalation of open items to practice leadership
- Coordinating scheduling, meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions across Cyber Strategy and Transformation leadership, workstream leads, and stakeholders
- Serving as a coordination point of contact between the Cyber Strategy and Transformation Offering Portfolio and other Cyber offerings and cross-OP initiatives, helping align timelines, dependencies, and shared deliverables
- Developing and maintaining executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates that summarize progress, risks, and decisions needed
- Supporting operations PMO functions such as resource tracking, intake and prioritization support, budget and financial tracking support, and recurring reporting cadences
- Standardizing and maintaining PMO templates, tools, and repeatable processes to improve consistency and delivery quality across practice initiatives
- Supporting ad hoc practice operations and portfolio-level initiatives as assigned by Cyber Strategy and Transformation leadership
- Support project and program management, including planning, scheduling, and tracking
- Use productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or similar PMO tools)

The team Our Cyber Strategy & Transformation offering develops and transforms cyber programs in line with a client's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. It keeps the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and gives stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture. Includes design of the cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in program/project management, PMO, or operations support roles
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or large enterprise environments
- Experience building and maintaining project schedules, status reports, RAID logs, and leadership-ready materials
- Experience working with senior leaders and coordinating across multiple stakeholders, workstreams, or initiatives in a matrixed organization
- General working knowledge of cyber security concepts and terminology to understand practice initiatives; deep cyber security experience is not required
- Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do; this is primarily an internal, practice-support role
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a similar field
- Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or ITIL
- Experience supporting PMO functions, including program governance, status reporting, resource tracking, and stakeholder management
- Experience with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Clarity, Jira, or similar)
- Experience working within or supporting a professional services, consulting, or technology practice
- General exposure to cyber security, information security, or technology risk concepts
