Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Consultant with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud to support post-go-live enhancements and production initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Core HR and Talent modules, and will be responsible for delivering enhancements, configurations, workflows, interfaces, and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver post-go-live enhancements for Oracle HCM Cloud production environments.
• Configure and support Oracle HCM Core HR and Talent modules.
• Implement new configurations, workflows, interfaces, and reports.
• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective HCM solutions.
• Support production issues and enhancement requests while ensuring solution quality.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant.
• Experience providing functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or post-go-live environments.
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR and Talent modules.
• Experience delivering production enhancements, including configurations, workflows, interfaces, and reports.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with BI Reporting.
• Experience with workflow configuration and design.
• Experience supporting additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules is a plus.
