Major Duties:

• Independently manages client relationships, with an active awareness of all IRAS products, profitability, and commercial opportunities, and proactive risk mitigation
• Regularly Interfaces with senior staff at Northern Trust and/or client offices (CIOs, Treasurers, Directors of Investments), without oversight
• Provides leadership to internal IRAS, operations, and client servicing partners to problem solve the most complex client issues and requests
• Provides data quality oversight, assistance with prioritization of work, and mentorship to less tenured team members
• Leads client projects and provides solutions to client requests
• Assists management with strategic projects and initiatives
• Participates in sales process for prospective and existing clients, as the IRAS subject matter
Knowledge:
• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field
• Applies best practices and how own area integrates with others
• Interprets internal/ external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
• Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others
• Uses insights into how the IRAS team integrates with other Northern Trust teams within Business Services, C&IS, and Wealth Management to coordinate efforts and resources to achieve shared and individual objectives, as well as to provide leadership in solving cross-practice problems
• Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, finance, technology or related field

Salary Range:
$83,100 - 141,300 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
