What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead defined workstreams and help clients move from strategy to execution. You will synthesize complex clinical, operational, and digital issues, develop implementable solutions, and coordinate delivery across client and Deloitte teams.

• Lead workstreams, workshops, analyses, and the development of client deliverables.
• Translate health-system and organizational priorities into care models, operating models, workflows, capability requirements, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support or lead current-state assessments, service reviews, readiness activities, implementation planning, and benefits realization.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions, risks, dependencies, actions, and workplan commitments for assigned scope.
• Integrate clinical, operational, workforce, data, and technology perspectives into recommendations.
• Coach junior practitioners and review work for accuracy, clarity, and client relevance.
• Contribute to pursuits, proposals, eminence, alliances, and the development of repeatable HCS assets.
• Apply AI-enabled approaches responsibly to improve workflows, analysis, knowledge assets, and client outcomes.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You bring typically 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in healthcare, professional services, digital health, operations, transformation, or project delivery and demonstrate the following:

• Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare environment and the business and operational challenges facing health organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading workstreams and producing high-quality client deliverables.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholders, structure ambiguous problems, and communicate with clinical, operational, and technology leaders.
• Experience in one or more Healthcare industry priority areas : models of care, proactive health, diagnostics, service enablement and digital operations, or EHR
• Experience in program delivery, change and adoption, process improvement, operating-model design, benefits realization, or digital implementation.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with major health platforms, ERP, EHR/HIS, LIS, interoperability, analytics, or AI-enabled transformation is an asset.
• Bilingual capability is an asset where relevant to the role and market.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
