Work You'll Do Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Driving the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging SAP Finance, Business Partner, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Materials Management (MM), and Master Data Governance (MDG) in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Central Component (ECC), SAP S/4HANA, and Fieldglass;
• Working across phases of the Traditional, Agile and Hybrid Project Lifecycles including the design, build, test, and implementation stages, for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Finance, Business Partner, EAM, MM, and MDG in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using navigation flows, logic diagrams, data and process models in Microsoft (MS) Visio, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), Solution Architecture Designs, Detailed Design, and Lean Specifications;
• Designing and developing data validation processes, performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and MDG, Classification and Clustering Analysis methodologies;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical system requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using SAP Finance, Business Partner, EAM, MM, and MDG in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing SAP Finance, Business Partner, EAM, MM, and MDG in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA;
• Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP Finance, Business Partner, EAM, MM, and MDG in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA; and
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft (MS) Project Plan and Power BI, and Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) logs.
Other Annual Salary: $131,000.00 - $218,300.00
