What You Will Do: - Deliver high-quality work while building strong client relationships and fostering effective team collaboration.
- Develop a broad understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), financial and management reporting, ERP-enabled process optimization, and FP&A improvements.
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as your technical expertise and experience grow.
- Support and lead engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation and delivery.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, consulting, or industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Prior consulting experience.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- CPA preferred.
- Working knowledge of Trintech Cadency.
