The Business Architecture & Innovation team of RA&S (Retail Advice & Solutions) sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and Advisor experience. We identify opportunities to transform how advisors and employees work by applying business architecture, process redesign, Generative AI, and emerging technologies to solve real business problems. Reporting to the Director, Business Architecture & Innovation, the Senior Consultant, Business Architecture & Innovation will be responsible for shaping the future of Advisor experiences at Sun Life.

We're a small, high-impact team that works directly with senior leaders to shape future capabilities, influence enterprise strategy, and bring innovative ideas from concept to implementation.

What will you do?

• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve advisor and employee experiences
• Analyze current processes, capabilities, and user journeys to recommend future-state solutions
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to conduct capability mapping
• Support the development of business cases, strategic roadmaps, and executive presentations
• Effectively engage with partners across teams and influence with key insights, formal recommendations and strategies
• Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable regulatory and policy requirements
• Research emerging technologies-including Generative AI-and evaluate how they can create business value
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and design sessions with stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Translate complex information into clear recommendations for executive audiences.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
