Job DescriptionYour ImpactYou will lead and deliver a range of asset management projects with some of the largest, iconic infrastructure owners and operators in the United States - with a focus on Transit, Highways, Airports, Water, and Power asset management.
The work you will do will directly impact how our clients deliver their services, providing tangible improvements to performance, risk and cost.
To do this, you will:
- Work with our enterprise asset management delivery teams, providing strategic consulting services including best practices assessments, as well as maintenance, technology, asset data, organization and process improvements.
- Work collaboratively within a team, leveraging your experience and understanding of asset management to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects, large and small.
- Complete tasks, as part of a team and/or independently, to deliver quality products including data compilations, analyses, and reports, on time and within budget, under the direction of a Project Manager and more senior consultants.
- Participate in project meetings and meetings with clients (both internally and externally)
- Work with our clients to assess, discuss, define, and implement change related to people, process, data, and technology.
Who You AreRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation Planning, Operations Research or closely related and applicable discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of post-education experience performing similar work.
- Proven experience in consulting or a comparable role in an organization where the individual has held a role responsible for managing data, information or the deployment of technologies to manage assets.
- Experience in strategic, planning, operational or technology related asset management aspects in one or more infrastructure sectors, including transportation, water, energy, municipalities or utilities.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with experience leading interviews and workshops.
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables such as reports, presentations, data visualizations, or dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills including experience with asset performance data, financial data and asset lifecycle cost analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Strong team player who can get things done.
Preferred Qualifications Master's degree.
Management Consulting, Engineering Consulting or Data Science experience.
Demonstrated understanding of ISO55001 and its implementation within agencies operationally.
IAM Diploma or Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) certificate.
Implementation experience on one or more Enterprise Asset Management Systems - including Maximo, Infor, Trapeze or other systems.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $89,600 - $156,600

WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $89,600 - $130,600
