Key Responsibilities & Requirements
AI Platform Administration:
  • dminister and support Enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, Langfuse, GenOS, and related AI services.
  • Manage platform configuration, environment provisioning, security settings, licensing, user access, monitoring, and operational support.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for AI platform onboarding, user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Working closely with IT, Security, Engineering, and business teams, this individual will ensure reliable operations, compliance with organizational standards, cost optimization, and a seamless developer experience for building, deploying, and managing AI agents and multi-agent solutions at scale.
  • The role requires strong expertise in cloud administration, identity and access management, AI/LLM platforms, observability frameworks, and platform engineering best practices.
  • Monitor platform and agent health, adoption, telemetry, costs, and operational performance; recommend and implement improvements.
gents Solutioning:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize AI agent and Copilot use cases.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, architecture reviews, and technical feasibility assessments.
  • Build integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Platform, APIs, enterprise applications, and approved data sources.
  • Support agent lifecycle management including development, deployment, release readiness, production support, and retirement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation standards, reusable templates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise AI, GIS, Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of AI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application administration, cloud platforms, solution architecture, or platform engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, or equivalent AI technologies.
  • Strong expertise in AI agents, Copilot technologies, Power Platform, Azure services, APIs, integrations, identity and access management, and enterprise security.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale AI platforms, governance frameworks, production operations, and business-facing solution delivery.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, or related certifications preferred.
