Team OverviewThe team sits within the Marketing function and is responsible for managing digital experiences across both B2B and consumer audiences, primarily supporting U.S.-based websites and content. The team consists of writers, testing specialists, and a user researcher, all focused on optimizing performance and improving user engagement. This role reports to Manager of Consumer Insights and Experience.This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities- Lead optimization of digital experiences with a strong focus on B2B marketing initiatives (approx. 90% B2B, 10% consumer)
- Analyze digital performance data and identify opportunities for improvement across web experiences
- Design, execute, and manage A/B tests and optimization initiatives to enhance user engagement and conversion
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and implement improvements across digital platforms
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and refine strategies based on results
- Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and analytics to align on optimization strategies
- Support ongoing testing cycles (analyze 12 propose 12 activate 12 measure 12 iterate)
- Contribute to improving overall digital experience across U.S. websites and marketing channels
Required Knowledge and Experiences- Google Analytics (web analytics and performance tracking)
- PathFactory (content engagement and experience platform)
- Demandbase (B2B marketing and account-based marketing platform)
- Salesforce (CRM - Customer Relationship Management)
Required Knowledge & Experiences- Experience in B2B digital marketing and experience optimization
- Strong understanding of website performance metrics and optimization strategies
- Hands-on experience using marketing technology platforms for performance analysis and testing
- Proven ability to execute and manage optimization cycles from analysis through implementation
- Experience working with cross-functional marketing and digital teams
- Bachelor19s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Preferred Skills- Experience with additional testing or analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar or similar platforms)
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual19s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion19s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
