Senior Construction SuperintendentSandusky, OH | 18-Month+ Project AssignmentVehicle Allowance + Company-Paid Lodging + Travel Expenses CoveredSevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for a long-term commercial/institutional construction project in Sandusky, Ohio.
This is an 18-month assignment with responsibility for managing all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, schedule performance, and project execution from mobilization through closeout.
Candidates located outside the Sandusky area are encouraged to apply. Sevan provides company-paid lodging, travel expenses, and a vehicle allowance for qualified non-local candidates.
What You'll Do:- Lead all day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional construction project
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance
- Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination
- Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions
- Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings
- Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For:- 10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience
- Experience serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on ground-up and/or major renovation projects
- Strong concrete construction experience, including foundations, slab-on-grade, formwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement
- Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
Pay & Benefits:- $120,000 - $140,000+ based on experience
