  • Role built for someone who enjoys being close to the work, understands construction project complexity, and can balance strategic oversight with practical job-site leadership

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Serve as the key liaison between the customer, general contractors, electrical contractors, subcontractors, internal field teams, sales leadership, and executive stakeholders
  • Manage program performance, financial oversight, schedule coordination, issue resolution, risk management, resource planning, reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder communication
  • Help establish repeatable program management frameworks, SOPs, reporting structures, governance models, and operational best practices in an environment that is still early in its program management maturity

  • Strong understanding of construction project management, including experience working with general contractors, electrical contractors, subcontractors, customer stakeholders, and internal operational teams

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with the emotional intelligence, business acumen, and presence to influence across customers, contractors, field teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners
  • Experience building or improving program management processes, SOPs, governance models, reporting structures, and best practices in a fast-moving or lower-maturity program environment
  • PMP, PgMP, CSPM, PSP, or similar certifications are highly preferred, though demonstrated construction program leadership, customer-facing delivery experience, and strong project management discipline are most important
