  • Obtain vendor and subcontractor budget quotes and verify proposed scopes
  • If possible, determine phasing and constructability with the project team and submit estimates for review
  • Interact with Operations, Engineering and Sales groups throughout estimating process
  • Prioritize estimates to meet sales schedule through use of documentation as well as direct communication

As such, this will mean climbing stationary ladders to rooftops, walking through mechanical and electrical equipment rooms, standing on ladders or supports to gain access to ceiling plenums or wall chases, and walking the exterior property for potential outdoor installations. Moving over rough or uneven surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities, although not necessarily extreme, can be expected.

Typically, any travel time required will involve transporting laptops, field measuring equipment, and luggage. There will be those projects where considerable driving will be needed; possibly in addition to air travel.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the primary duties of this job. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the primary duties.
