Senior Connections Strategist About the opportunity The
Senior Connections Strategist is responsible for developing holistic, omnichannel communications strategies that connect audience insights, culture, media, and creative ideas to achieve business objectives across paid, owned, earned, and commerce channels.
This role partners closely with account, creative and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and translate business objectives into integrated communications plans while overseeing media investment, measurement, and innovation.
This role reports to the Head of Strategy & Intelligence, and will focus heavily on Samsung, helping shape the future of one of the world's most recognized brands across multiple audiences, channels, and experiences, as well as other select pieces of business.
Key Responsibilities - Develop integrated communications and channel strategies grounded in consumer insights.
- Lead end-to-end communications and media strategy across all channels.
- Develop audience-first connection plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Translate research, cultural trends, and audience behaviors into actionable recommendations.
- Define measurement frameworks and optimize performance using analytics.
- Partner with creative, media, and account teams throughout campaign development.
- Identify new growth opportunities and strategic initiatives for clients.
- Present strategic thinking and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure campaigns are connected across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Support measurement frameworks and optimize strategies based on performance.
Qualifications - 5-7+ years of communications planning, media strategy, or integrated marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of audience strategy, measurement, and marketing analytics.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Solid analytical and storytelling skills.
- Experience using research and audience insight tools.
- Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
Location This role is based in Plano, Texas, with a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Travel may be required based on client and business needs.
