  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and perform internal pay equity reviews.
  • Assist in the design, modeling, and auditing of incentive plans.
  • Build compensation models and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

Form Energy is hiring an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you will lead salary benchmarking, shape our job structures, and help manage our pay programs. You will serve as a trusted advisor to HR partners and leadership. What you'll do:
  • Market Pricing & Benchmarking: Lead participation in industry salary surveys, analyze competitive market data, and evaluate pay trends to maintain competitive compensation structures and regional pay differentials.
  • Job Architecture & Leveling: Evaluate new and existing roles to establish accurate job levels, titles, and FLSA exemption statuses, ensuring consistent job descriptions and structural alignment and talent management.
  • Program Administration & Consultation Facilitate the annual pay review process by building budgets, auditing data, and setting up tools. Partnering directly with HR and managers to advise on pay strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance, EEO & Pay Equity: Ensure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws, including Federal and State EEO regulations, while performing ongoing internal pay equity reviews.
  • Incentive Plan Administration: Help design, model, and audit short- and long-term incentive plans, partner with finance and payroll to validate cycle payouts, and manage plan rollouts.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Build dynamic compensation models, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports to drive informed decision-making and help leadership visualize compensation metrics and talent costs.


What you'll bring:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics, with proven experience building enterprise Job Architecture frameworks.
  • Rewards Strategy: Comprehensive understanding of Total Rewards, compensation philosophy, and competitive incentive design.
  • Market Pricing: Hands-on experience with standard market-pricing tools.
  • HRIS & Systems: Skilled in pulling data and running reports in major HRIS platforms and compensation software.
  • Analytics & Competencies: Use of HR metrics to guide rewards strategy alongside strong consulting, project management, and communication skills.
  • Preferred Certifications
    • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
    • SHRM-CP or PHR.
