Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistent and fair pay practices across the North America (NA) region and assigned functional areas.
- Conduct job evaluations and analysis in the NA region to determine appropriate salary levels according to compensation guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR business partners in reviewing and making recommendations on salary increases within budgetary limits and according to established compensation policies. Audit forms for accuracy, submit and monitor processing to ensure pay actions meet deadlines to drive employee engagement and an overall positive employee experience.
- Analyzes organizational pay practices and makes recommendations based on market trends, and to ensure internal equity.
- Analyzes company compensation policies in relation to government wage and hour regulations, FLSA, prevailing rates for similar jobs in comparable industries or geographic areas, agreements with labor unions, and recommends changes as appropriate to establish and maintain competitive rates.
- Administer annual bonus, merit and equity processes within HRIS system, including testing, communications, audits and reporting.
- Provide advice, ad hoc analysis, guidance and support to HR business partners, managers, and leadership on compensation-related issues, inquiries or requests.
- Provide education and training to managers and HR professionals on compensation practices and policies.
- Monitor market trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may affect compensation practices.

Senior Compensation Analyst you will play a vital role in ensuring our total rewards are both competitive and equitable - helping us engage, retain, and recognize the people who power our mission to meet the enormous challenge of feeding and sheltering a growing population while remaining in planetary boundaries.
In this role, you will research job requirements, analyze compensation trends, and evaluate roles across the organization to ensure our pay practices remain aligned with the market and our values. You'll take the lead on compensation surveys, market data analysis, and proactive pay adjustments - while working collaborating with a team of human resources professionals.
This is more than a numbers role - it's a chance to influence business strategy, support talent growth, and ensure that every compensation decision reflects integrity, transparency, and competitiveness.
Experience Required- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field and 6+ years related experience is required.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts); experience with compensation tools and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) preferred.
- Familiarity with market pricing methodologies, compensation survey participation, and benchmarking practices.
- Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity, wage transparency) and a demonstrated ability to apply them in practice.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

Pay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is $84,375 to $123,750 and any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
