- Fostersstrong partnershipsand interaction withinternalbusiness partners.This includes but is not limited to addressing HRBP and leader questionsregardingcompensationand providingtimelyresolution of any issues that may arise.
- Managessalary surveyprocess, includingparticipatingand tracking submission deadlines and associated costs, processing payments, analyzingsurvey results toidentifygaps and opportunities.
- Participates in the designof compensation plans, such as incentive and commission plans.
- Managesmarket pricingsystemto include survey data maintenance, survey participation, aging & job level mappingmethodology, and data integrity/maintenance.
- Evaluatesmarket data/trends and conduct analyses todeterminethe competitiveness ofSouthland'Scompensation programs
- Ensurescompliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulationsregardingcompensation.
Qualifications - 5 to 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, focusing on market pricing and job architecture.
- Strongproficiencywith Workday, specifically in compensation dashboards and data governancepreferred.
- Excellentability to manage complex compensation cycles with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizationaland project managementskills for juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of stock plans, such as RSU plans.
- Ability to design compensation plans, including incentive and commission plans.
- Advanced analytical skills for data interpretation, incentivemodelingand trend identification, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communicationand collaborationskills with a knack for stakeholder engagement.

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Virginia this ranges from $90,388.00 - $106,822.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
