Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a variety of compensation initiatives and projects enterprise-wide.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal business partners and resolve HRBP leader questions regarding compensation.
  • Manage salary survey process, including submissions, costs, and analysis of results.
  • Participate in the design of incentive and commission compensation plans.
  • Maintain the market pricing system, ensuring data integrity and participation in surveys.
  • Evaluate market data and conduct analyses to ensure competitiveness in compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all compensation-related federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Position Summary

In this role, you will lead and/orsupportsa variety of compensation initiatives and projects enterprise-wide, including compensation program design, the annual merit and incentive process, etc.

Position Details

  • Managessalary surveyprocess, includingparticipatingand tracking submission deadlines and associated costs, processing payments, analyzingsurvey results toidentifygaps and opportunities.
  • Participates in the designof compensation plans, such as incentive and commission plans.
  • Managesmarket pricingsystemto include survey data maintenance, survey participation, aging & job level mappingmethodology, and data integrity/maintenance.

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Virginia this ranges from $90,388.00 - $106,822.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
