- 10+ years of experience in a large-scale commercial construction environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
- Strong technical proficiency in industry-standard software and project management tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience with EOS Worldwide principles is a major plus.
WHAT VITAL LEADERSHIP DO YOU PROVIDE?As our Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of complex commercial projects - from detailed planning and budgeting, through execution, to final delivery and post-construction support. You'll take primary responsibility for project relationships, profitability, and cost controls, managing everything from scheduling and procurement to vendor payments and reporting. Your leadership ensures projects start strong and finish stronger - on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals. You'll maintain financial scorecards, support subcontractors with ProCore, monitor billing projections, and forecast gross profit and cash flow. With daily collaboration alongside superintendents and close coordination with ownership, you'll resolve challenges head-on, drive performance through project KPIs, and build synergistic, authentic relationships with clients, teams, and subcontractors - all while exemplifying our core values and delivering construction excellence at every step.
