We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially-minded Analyst to join our central Business Intelligence team. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of data, finance, and corporate strategy, providing critical insights that drive decision-making across the entire organization. You will be a trusted partner to key leaders in Marketing, Finance, Product, and Strategy, helping them understand performance, identify opportunities, and execute on key business initiatives.

What you'll do:
  • Analyze large-scale datasets to identify and quantify key commercial opportunities.
  • Partner with senior business leaders across Marketing, Product, and Finance to provide the data-driven insights that support their departmental objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop sophisticated financial models and business cases to evaluate new initiatives, market expansions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover the drivers of business performance, measure ROI and explain trends to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and other BI team members to model and structure data for robust, scalable commercial analysis and reporting.
What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Business Analysis.
  • Expert technical experience with SQL for querying and manipulating data, and advanced proficiency with Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience building clear and impactful visualizations and presentations.
  • A proven track record of success (3+ years) in a business intelligence, corporate strategy, finance, or consulting role with a focus on commercial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of core business and financial KPIs.
  • You are a highly professional and effective communicator, capable of presenting complex topics to executive audiences, with a curious, problem-solving mindset.
