We9re seeking a Full-Time ICC-Certified Senior Combination Building Inspector to join our team in the Richmond / Larkspur / Kentfield area. This is more than just inspections-it9s about ensuring the safety, quality, and future-readiness of the places where people live, work, and thrive.

In this role, you9ll play a vital part in safeguarding communities by:
  • Conducting combination inspections before, during, and after construction to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Issuing permits, violation notices, and stop-work orders when needed.
  • Clearly communicating findings with homeowners, contractors, and field personnel.
  • Mentoring and training inspection staff to build a stronger, more knowledgeable team.
